A request for a refund must be submitted within 14 days of the initial purchase.

Processing Refunds
If a refund is approved, it will be processed within 7 business days of receiving your request. The refund will be issued to the original method of payment used at the time of purchase.
Exceptions
No refunds will be given for monthly subscription fees beyond the first 14 days of service. We also do not offer pro-rated refunds for unused time if you cancel during the billing cycle.
