Renta поддерживает экспорт данных из Google Analytics в следующие пункты назначения:

  • Google BigQuery
  • Clickhouse
  • SQL Server
  • Google Spreadsheets

Создание интеграции в хранилище данных (DWH)

  1. Перейдите в каталог интеграций;
  2. Выберите Google Analytics;
  3. Добавьте аккаунт Google Analytics, в котором находятся необходимые данные;
  4. Выберите добавленный аккаунт Google Analytics;
  5. Укажите место назначения, в которое вы хотите импортировать данные;
  6. Перейдите на экран настроек и установите необходимую конфигурацию:

Account

Аккаунт — это ваша точка доступа к Google Analytics. Одна или несколько учетных записей Google Analytics могут принадлежать одной организации.

Property

Ресурс — это веб-сайт, мобильное приложение или устройство.

View

Представление — это ваша точка доступа к отчетам; определенное представление данных из свойства. Вы предоставляете пользователям доступ к представлению, чтобы они могли видеть отчеты, основанные на данных этого представления. Свойство может содержать одно или несколько представлений.

Parameters

Параметры —  содержат список параметров и метрик, доступных для экспорта. Укажите необходимые для выгрузки параметры.

В результате Renta создаст таблицу, которая будет содержать данные выбранных параметров. Порядок выбранных параметров в интерфейсе будет соответствовать порядку столбцов таблицы.

Date range type

Диапазон дат — укажите период, за который необходимо экспортировать данные. Вы можете указать любой исторический временной интервал.

Чтобы выбрать необходимое время, введите в поле «From» дату, с которой вы хотите начать выгрузку данных, затем введите дату окончания в поле «To».

Если вы хотите, чтобы данные в таблице обновлялись ежедневно и дополнялись новыми днями, тогда в поле «To» укажите «Yesterday».

Integration name

Имя интеграции — при создании интеграции автоматически генерируется её имя. В этом поле вы можете переименовать название интеграции. Разрешены как кириллица, так и латиница, но не более 100 символов.

Название интеграции отображается на странице Integration List.

Table name

Имя таблицы — при создании интеграции автоматически генерируется имя таблицы, которая будет создана в DWH. В этом поле вы можете переименовать её.

Разрешена только латиница, цифры и символ «_».

Update time

Время обновления — вы можете указать любое время обновления, которое вам нужно. Рента обновляет интеграции ежедневно в интервале выбранного часа. 

Обычно наши пользователи выбирают время обновления интеграций рано утром, например, в 5 утра. В этом случае ваша интеграция будет обновляться в период с 5 утра до 6 утра. 

Обновление интеграций происходит по часовому поясу, выбранном в настройках вашего профайла. 

Overwrite period

Период перезаписи данных — это ретроспективное обновление данных за выбранный период.

Например, вы выбираете период перезаписи «Последние 7 дней» — это означает, что все данные за последние 7 дней будут удалены из таблицы и вставлены снова с обновленными данными.

Примечание: данная настройка доступна только в том случае, если был выбран параметр с типом date или dateTime. 

Создание интеграции в Google Spreadsheets

Воспользуйтесь бесплатным расширением, доступным в Google Workspace Marketplace. Для этого:

  1. Установите расширение Renta Spreadsheets Add-on.
  2. Затем зайдите в Google Sheets, и во вкладке Tools выберите Renta, после чего нажмите кнопку Run. 

После чего в правом сайдбаре откроется рабочая область с настройками интеграций. Подробная инструкция по созданию интеграции доступна по данной ссылке. Обратите внимание, что все созданные интеграции в Google Spreadsheets также доступны для управления в веб-версии Renta.

ga:organicSearches The number of organic searches happened in a session. This metric is search engine agnostic.
ga:impressions Total number of campaign impressions.
ga:adClicks Total number of times users have clicked on an ad to reach the property.
ga:adCost Derived cost for the advertising campaign. Its currency is the one you set in the AdWords account.
ga:CPM Cost per thousand impressions.
ga:CPC Cost to advertiser per click.
ga:CTR Click-through-rate for the ad. This is equal to the number of clicks divided by the number of impressions for the ad (e.g., how many times users clicked on one of the ads where that ad appeared).
ga:costPerTransaction The cost per transaction for the property.
ga:costPerGoalConversion The cost per goal conversion for the property.
ga:costPerConversion The cost per conversion (including ecommerce and goal conversions) for the property.
ga:RPC RPC or revenue-per-click, the average revenue (from ecommerce sales and/or goal value) you received for each click on one of the search ads.
ga:ROAS Return On Ad Spend (ROAS) is the total transaction revenue and goal value divided by derived advertising cost.
ga:pageValue The average value of this page or set of pages, which is equal to (ga:transactionRevenue + ga:goalValueAll) / ga:uniquePageviews.
ga:entrances The number of entrances to the property measured as the first pageview in a session, typically used with landingPagePath.
ga:entranceRate The percentage of pageviews in which this page was the entrance.
ga:pageviews The total number of pageviews for the property.
ga:pageviewsPerSession The average number of pages viewed during a session, including repeated views of a single page.
ga:uniquePageviews Unique Pageviews is the number of sessions during which the specified page was viewed at least once. A unique pageview is counted for each page URL + page title combination.
ga:timeOnPage Time (in seconds) users spent on a particular page, calculated by subtracting the initial view time for a particular page from the initial view time for a subsequent page. This metric does not apply to exit pages of the property.
ga:avgTimeOnPage The average time users spent viewing this page or a set of pages.
ga:exits The number of exits from the property.
ga:exitRate The percentage of exits from the property that occurred out of the total pageviews.
ga:searchResultViews The number of times a search result page was viewed.
ga:searchUniques Total number of unique keywords from internal searches within a session. For example, if "shoes" was searched for 3 times in a session, it would be counted only once.
ga:avgSearchResultViews The average number of times people viewed a page as a result of a search.
ga:searchSessions The total number of sessions that included an internal search.
ga:percentSessionsWithSearch The percentage of sessions with search.
ga:searchDepth The total number of subsequent page views made after a use of the site's internal search feature.
ga:avgSearchDepth The average number of pages people viewed after performing a search.
ga:searchRefinements The total number of times a refinement (transition) occurs between internal keywords search within a session. For example, if the sequence of keywords is "shoes", "shoes", "pants", "pants", this metric will be one because the transition between "shoes" and "pants" is different.
ga:percentSearchRefinements The percentage of the number of times a refinement (i.e., transition) occurs between internal keywords search within a session.
ga:searchDuration The session duration when the site's internal search feature is used.
ga:avgSearchDuration The average time (in seconds) users, after searching, spent on the property.
ga:searchExits The number of exits on the site that occurred following a search result from the site's internal search feature.
ga:searchExitRate The percentage of searches that resulted in an immediate exit from the property.

ga:domLatencyMetricsSample Sample set (or count) of pageviews used to calculate the averages for site speed DOM metrics. This metric is used to calculate ga:avgDomContentLoadedTime and ga:avgDomInteractiveTime.
ga:screenviews The total number of screenviews.
ga:uniqueScreenviews The number of unique screen views. Screen views in different sessions are counted as separate screen views.
ga:screenviewsPerSession The average number of screenviews per session.

ga:totalEvents The total number of events for the profile, across all categories.

ga:revenuePerItem The average revenue per item.
ga:itemRevenue The total revenue from purchased product items.
ga:itemsPerPurchase The average quantity of this item (or group of items) sold per purchase.
ga:localTransactionRevenue Transaction revenue in local currency.
ga:localTransactionShipping Transaction shipping cost in local currency.
ga:localTransactionTax Transaction tax in local currency.

ga:socialInteractions The total number of social interactions.
ga:uniqueSocialInteractions The number of sessions during which the specified social action(s) occurred at least once. This is based on the the unique combination of socialInteractionNetwork, socialInteractionAction, and socialInteractionTarget.
ga:socialInteractionsPerSession The number of social interactions per session.
ga:userTimingValue Total number of milliseconds for user timing.
ga:userTimingSample The number of hits sent for a particular userTimingCategory, userTimingLabel, or userTimingVariable.
ga:avgUserTimingValue The average elapsed time.
ga:exceptions The number of exceptions sent to Google Analytics.
ga:exceptionsPerScreenview The number of exceptions thrown divided by the number of screenviews.
