Renta automatically downloads data from PostgreSQL Database. After that it saves them to these databases:
- Google BigQuery
- SQL Server
As an example, let us consider the integration of PostgreSQL Database with the Google BigQuery database.
Select the integration type
At the first stage, select the type of integration. In this case this is PostgreSQL Database.
Select the database
Click on the Add button and sign in using the account from where you need to obtain the data.
You will see the sign-in window. Fill in the fields:
- The server address;
- Account password;
- Database name.
Set up the integration
Conduct a setup of these parameters:
In the Table field specify the name of the required table. And in the Update time specify the time of daily update of data.
Specify the database
At the fourth stage, click on the Add button. After that select the type of database from the list of available ones. In this case this is BigQuery.
Then you will see the created projects in Google BigQuery.
Select the necessary project.
After that the dataset called Renta_dataset will be created in Google BigQuery. All data will be uploaded there as a table.
